Parents and Students,

Bekah and I are seriously looking forward to this year’s Youth Convention trip to Hershey! It’s going to be a great weekend – guaranteed. There really aren’t many changes this year, but I still want to take a few moments to refresh everyone on what the weekend looks like. Event: Each student attending will pay the event registration, which for our timetable is $65 (late-registration is more). That gets admission to all the services during the weekend. A $35 non-refundable deposit towards the event registration is required for each student.

Hotel: Each student will contribute an equal share of the cost of hotel rooms for the weekend. This amount was determined by dividing hotel room cost by 4 (room occupancy) and including applicable taxes (for which the church is not exempt). A $15 non-refundable deposit towards the hotel cost is required for each student.

Total Cost: Total cost to a student will be $105. (This does not include four meals we will eat during the weekend.)

Youth Convention Participants:

*Meet at church at 1:00 PM on Thursday (3/29), depart church at 1:15 PM
*Return to church early afternoon on Saturday (3/31)
